Room was comfortable breakfast variety good, Pool was nice. Ladies at the SPA and Pool area were the only ones actually that had smiles on their faces and made you feel welcome.

The room generally corresponded to the description on Booking. The bathroom is quite spacious and comfortable, there was both a shower and a bath. Hot water without any interruptions. The Wi-Fi speed is good enough for audio calls, but it is not for video conferences (always lagging). The location is wonderful, in the thick of things.

The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable for a first-time visitor like myself. They were always willing to advise me of places to visit, book taxis for me to my meetings among others. I found my stay very comfortable and will definitely visit again. Specifically I would like to single out Feride, Aziz, Yuksel and the kind lady cleaning my room (I did not get her name).

I travelled to Istanbul yearly , as a member of Hilton I always lodge at Hiltol with my family , once I traveled single ,, than I booked at Elite world taksim , the excellent service I received from the front desk officer one lady Miss Guzel convinced me to book again and again at Elite World , and I informed my colleagues in the diplomatic sector in Accra of the good service they can receive at Elite world ,, I gave miss Guzel's name to them,, also the service from one gentleman Mr Yuksel was also very good .
