The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The comfortable, plush beds easily accommodated three people, providing a restful sanctuary after a day of adventure. The pristine bathrooms added to the overall comfort, showcasing cleanliness that elevated the stay. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff, notably the guest relations manager, Guzel Khuzina. Her unparalleled warmth, friendliness, and unwavering helpfulness left a lasting impression. Guzel went above and beyond, providing invaluable guidance on navigating the city, and offering insightful recommendations on places to visit and avoid. Her honesty and dedication to ensuring guests had the best experience made her one of the best guest managers I've encountered. In retrospect, my visit to Istanbul was nothing short of fantastic, largely thanks to the delightful stay at Elite World Hotel. the atmosphere, the service, and the location were amazing

We travelled as a family for our mum's 60th birthday, as a surprise. The team went above and beyond to get her a delicious cake, and personally sing happy birthday to her when delivering it, as well as decorating the room with balloons. The location was perfect, everywhere in Taksim was a walkable distance, from Taksim Square to the main shopping streets. The staff were every so helpful and very kind. Anytime we needed a recommendation for something, Guzel went over and beyond to check for us, and even call places up. The spa was very nice. The cleaning staff were very friendly and cleaned the rooms well. The shower had very good pressure!

Location and the team are the best everything was good , toooo close to taksim square , metro and bus station and havaist bus to the airport, many restaurants near the hotel , one thing that when we arrived there was an extra bed in the room which is not asked for in the reservation but after calling the reception everything was the same like pictures on booking, thank you for everything.
