Most of the things were goods like location and the room. the staff were so nice.

The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable for a first-time visitor like myself. They were always willing to advise me of places to visit, book taxis for me to my meetings among others. I found my stay very comfortable and will definitely visit again. Specifically I would like to single out Feride, Aziz, Yuksel and the kind lady cleaning my room (I did not get her name).

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were very warmly welcomed by smiling staff and felt at home immediately. The foyer was beautiful, just like I had seen online. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and efficient. We then headed to our room excitedly. The room was beautiful, clean, fresh and had all that was expected from a five star hotel, not forgetting to mention that there was also a welcome snack treat of nuts and turkish delight on the table which was such a lovely gesture, thank you. In the bathroom was a separate shower and a separate jacuzzi bath, which was amazing. The towels were all bright white, large, and very comfortable to use. The shower gels and the other toiletries were of very good quality, and we were always provided with enough. There was a mini bar, but we were also provided with bottle water each day. In the coffee area, I got a lovely surprise of beautiful spices such as cloves, cinnamon etc in the kettle so that you could have a beautiful aroma of tea once you boiled the kettle, and again that was thoughtful of them so we can have a taste of some of the cultural drinks, I enjoyed it. The bedding was beautifully laid, and the matress and pillows were both very comfortable, so we had good night sleeps. The breakfast room was large enough to accommodate many people. Most times we got there at busy times but we never had to wait as you sometimes do in some hotels. There was a wide range and a very good selection of food for breakfast and it was very delicious so we were very happy. The staff were very attentive in the sense that they kept an eye on the foods and always replaced the ones running low so there was always enough for everyone and slso hygiene was thuer priority. The staff also would stop by to check that everything was OK with the breakfast and would ask if you needed anything else. By the way, you could also request for omelettes to be made for you the way you liked even though there was some already made.
