I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support you provided during our stay. Your kind heart and willingness to assist others shine through your beautiful smile. It truly made our experience memorable. Dear Guzel, I would like to convey my gratitude for the exceptional assistance you provided throughout our visit. I travelled to Istanbul yearly , as a member of Hilton I always lodge at Hiltol with my family , once I traveled single ,, than I booked at Elite world taksim , the excellent service I received from the front desk officer one lady Miss Guzel convinced me to book again and again at Elite World , and I informed my colleagues in the diplomatic sector in Accra of the good service they can receive at Elite world ,, I gave miss Guzel's name to them,, also the service from one gentleman Mr Yuksel was also very good .

Just in the heart of istiklal.Walking distance 5 minutesand 15 minutes to Vosporos.Breakfast was above our expectations.Fresh made omelettes upone request every day.Clean and welcoming by all staff.At this point i want to review with 5 and above stars Guzel KHUZINA,Guest Relations Manager,making sure with had everything we wanted at all times.Also ALI in hospitality,breakstast and bar with 5 stars customer service as well!

The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable for a first-time visitor like myself. They were always willing to advise me of places to visit, book taxis for me to my meetings among others. I found my stay very comfortable and will definitely visit again. Specifically I would like to single out Feride, Aziz, Yuksel and the kind lady cleaning my room (I did not get her name).

The Wi-Fi speed is good enough for audio calls, but it is not for video conferences (always lagging). The location is wonderful, in the thick of things.
