The hotel's location was a gem, nestled just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Taksim Square, a mere 3-minute walk from the bustling Istiklal Street, and conveniently close to the metro station. The convenience and accessibility to the heart of Istanbul were unmatched, making it an ideal base for exploration. The hotel itself exuded sophistication and was elegantly designed. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The comfortable, plush beds easily accommodated three people, providing a restful sanctuary after a day of adventure. The pristine bathrooms added to the overall comfort, showcasing cleanliness that elevated the stay. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff, notably the guest relations manager, Guzel Khuzina. Her unparalleled warmth, friendliness, and unwavering helpfulness left a lasting impression. Guzel went above and beyond, providing invaluable guidance on navigating the city, and offering insightful recommendations on places to visit and avoid. Her honesty and dedication to ensuring guests had the best experience made her one of the best guest managers I've encountered. For anyone staying at Elite World, I highly recommend seeking her out for guidance – her assistance will undoubtedly enhance your Istanbul experience. In retrospect, my visit to Istanbul was nothing short of fantastic, largely thanks to the delightful stay at Elite World Hotel. Our opinion remains unchanged.  The next time we come to Istanbul, we will choose your hotel again.  The hotel provides everything we were looking for: proximity to all the necessary facilities, public transport in the immediate vicinity... transfer organization organized at a high level.  The breakfast is excellent and rich in variety.  But what I especially want to highlight is precious staff.  They were attentive and accommodating in all situations.  Many thanks for the warm hospitality.  A warm recommendation for all those who want to stay in beautiful Istanbul.

The team went above and beyond to get her a delicious cake, and personally sing happy birthday to her when delivering it, as well as decorating the room with balloons. The location was perfect, everywhere in Taksim was a walkable distance, from Taksim Square to the main shopping streets. The staff were every so helpful and very kind. Anytime we needed a recommendation for something, Guzel went over and beyond to check for us, and even call places up. The spa was very nice. The cleaning staff were very friendly and cleaned the rooms well. The shower had very good pressure!

everything was amazing starting from the customer service, their staff is amazing credit goes to each and every other staff that put in their efforts to make their customers happy and satisfied, starting from the cleaning lady especially to the people working at the reception to the staff working at the spa side, they all made equal efforts to make sure they give proper instructions and guide us and went above and beyond to make sure we leave satisfied. this hotel is now permanent for us as well all the people and family members i know will surely recommend.
